Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and your location.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. Wrapped in Mystery cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Custom & Personalized Items

Many of our products, including custom tumblers, are made specifically to your requirements. Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order, as we cannot accept returns for errors provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and curated nature of our products, returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personalized or custom-made items that have been correctly produced according to the information provided

• Blind Date with a Book purchases where the book selection does not match personal reading preferences

• Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
